<div> 为丰富我校研究生的课余文化生活，活跃研究生的学习氛围，以促进研究生群体心理健康为出发点，为我校广大研究生们提供一个交流与互动的平台，在丰富其业余文化生活的基础上，满足该群体对社交的需求，并帮助其冲破沟通障碍，改善社交能力，拓展人际关系，提升社会竞争力。校研究生团总支、校研究生会特开展此次以“拥抱阳光”为主题的研究生联谊活动。诚邀各院单身研究生参加。现将具体事项通知如下：</div>

<div> <b>三、活动形式</b></div>
<div> 1、活动分为“<b>交流区</b>”、“<b>游戏区</b>”与“<b>留影区</b>”三个环节。</div>
<div> 2、<b>“交流区”</b>共设十组，每组由10对男女生组成，男女生进行3分钟面对面交流，每次交流后，女生不动，男生轮换座位，直至男生回至原位时交流完毕。</div>
<div> 3、<b>“游戏区”</b>以自愿组合的原则参与游戏，<b>获胜者可获得精美礼品一份</b>。</div>
<div> 4、<b>“留影区”</b>以自愿原则，男女生可在此区域获得主办方提供的<b>免费专业</b>照相一次，主办方将以电子档形式发送给留影者。</div>
<div> <b>四、参与方式</b></div>
<div> 1、凭入场券及学生证（或校园卡）入场（一人一票，入场作废）。</div>
<div> 2、报名表可通过湖南农业大学研究生工作处-校研究生团总支、校研究生会网站、人人-湖南农业大学研究生会公共主页下载以及校研究生会值班室（研究生楼北101）领取。</div>

<div> 4、校研究生会将对报名者进行资格审查，请报名者务必保证单身，否则取消联谊资格。本次将有200个入场名额，男女生各占一半。</div>
<div> 5、入场券可在各院研究生分会、各研究生党支部及通过登录人人-湖南农业大学研究生会公共主页以盖楼（尾数为1的即可领取入场券一张，每人限领一张）的方式进行抢票。</div>
<div> 6、抢票时间从2012年11月11日0:00至2012年11月15日24:00。</div>
<div> 7、凡凭票入场获得编号者，可凭票号获得抽奖机会一次，<b>奖品为农大影院套票一组（共50组套票）。</b></div>
